There is no permit fee for yard sales at this time.Residents are allowed to participate in no more than 2 yard sales in any calendar year. Sales can only be held from May 1st through October 31st. Yard sales are limited to daylight hours of three consecutive days. All items that remain from the yard sale after the third day must be removed or stored in an enclosed area within 48 hours of said sale.

Two signs are permitted not to exceed 6 square feet to be displayed on the property where yard sale is being conducted. Signs must be removed at the close of the yard sale or by the end of daylight, whichever occurs first.

No sign or other form of advertisement shall be allowed for more than 7 days prior to day of sale.
